The State University of New York at Potsdam has awarded scholarships, grants and awards to 1,047 students for the 2013-14 academic year. These accomplished SUNY Potsdam undergraduate and graduate students were recognized for their achievements with support for their educational experience.

The following students from Colgate University were recipients of the Dean's Award for academic excellence during the 2013 spring term at Colgate University. To be eligible for the Dean's Award, a Colgate student must achieve a minumum 3.30 average while enrolled in at least four courses.

"Congratulations to our Dean's List students for the spring 2013 semester! Students who excelled academically were honored at SUNY Canton's 2013 Honors Convocation. "Many of you are not only very accomplished academically, but also have given numerous hours of your time for service to our campus and community. The College's Honors Convocation is an annual, formal ceremony designed to recognize students' academic, civic and overall achievement. Each year, the ceremony is named after the most dedicated and revered faculty members of the College's history. This year's ceremony was named for SUNY Canton Distinguished Professor Emerita Nancy R.
